How Long Does it take to receive my order?
We do our absolute best to fulfill and ship all orders within 48 hours Monday-Friday. As a small business sometimes we run into small delays out of our control, especially during peak seasons.
We ship from California. Domestic standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days on the longer end, but can be sooner if you're located on the west coast. International shipping usually takes anywhere from 7-14 days.
We offer expedited shipping, but delivery time is still subject to our promised fulfillment window.
What happens if my package is lost, missing or stolen?
We follow best practices when handling and fulfilling the products in your order, and ALL orders are insured up to $100 automatically. Once we pass the shipment off to the carrier, in the event your shipment is lost, stolen, missing, inaccurately marked as 'delivered" it is the responsibility of the buyer to file the claim directly with the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply. Buyer shall be aware that applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price or collected at time of purchase, but that Buyer is still responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
If required by law, TailCinch Equine may collect applicable sales tax at time of purchase, such as GST, HST, PST, QST, or VAT, and this will be shown at check-out.
TailCinch Equine is not responsible for any delays due to customs or other parties.
