Refund policy

Manufacturer's Warranty: At TailCinch, we stand behind our products. If your item comes apart due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge, or provide a full refund within 180 days of purchase.

Just email us at hello@tailcinch.com with details about the issue and any photos you can provide, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns: We offer free returns on unused items within 90 days of receiving your order, you just pay a flat shipping charge of $6 for the return label. If items are used, you can still return/exchange for a 50% refund.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your products for another size, color, or different product altogether, we are happy to accept the return with no restocking fee as long as the product is unused.

FOR FASTEST REPLACEMENT: Email us to receive a shipping label for your return, while simultaneously creating a new purchase for the desired product. This ensures your products ship immediately. Then pack up the old product and ship it back with the label provided. As soon as your items are received back at our HQ we will process your refund, less $6 flat for the return shipping.

If you would rather not create a new purchase, we totally get it! But we'll have to wait til your items are back in stock before we can ship you out the replacement item. Email us if you'd like to proceed this way.
